P&N Bank were looking to update their customers experience by creating a warm, contemporary and inviting banking experience. A open design layout, was created with a warm palette of finishes, materials, loose furniture and custom joinery that allowed for casual interactions between customers and bank staff.  Another aspect of the branch re-design was the removal of the ATM machine and integration into custom joinery of a TCR machine which allow for customer cash deposits but removed the operating costs associated with the ATM's.
