Description

Saru Design approached a previous Client and Land-owner to discuss the possibility of designing and constructing three first floor Apartments combined with three NDIS ‘High Physical Support’ Housing Units (on the ground floor) of an existing lot in Belmont

Design was completed to Tender/Development Approval stage and currently the Project is being priced through the Tender Process before a formal Development Application is lodged. The Building Design included walls, & roof constructed from SIP Panels with Modular Kitchen, Bathroom Pods for reduced site attendance. Balcony and privacy screens where also designed to be constructed from standard flooring grating to reduce fabrication costs.

The building System is equally adaptable to be used in Urban or Rural settings & provides higher levels of thermal comfort performance against conventical building methods.
